I work with individuals who are struggling, who feel stuck, lost, or alone. Whether you come with existential anxiety, a desire to explore healthier expressions of masculinity, or simply a need to feel heard and understood, I’m here to help. We will work together to integrate holistic wellness into your life, challenge personal limitations, and move toward greater well-being.

My goal is to work with you to face life’s struggles with courage and resilience while embracing the moments that challenge us, and foster growth. Together we will focus on building a supportive connection that helps you unlock your potential to feel confident navigating life’s ups and downs.

My approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as insights from narrative therapy, existential therapy, and psychodynamic theories.

Outside of my work, I am a grateful father, husband, friend, and pet owner. I find joy in reading, writing, playing and listening to music, creating and appreciating art, and spending time in nature.

If you are ready to take the next step, my goal is to meet you where you are—whether in anger, frustration, sadness, or numbness—and work with you to create a life that feels manageable, meaningful, and fulfilling.
